Jürgen Grossmann
Architect and Entrepreneur
Jürgen Grossmann is the brains and locomotive guiding the Grossman Group, which grew out of an architecture firm he founded in Bühl (Baden) in 1990. His success as an architect and entrepreneur is the result of a combination of creativity and pragmatism.
The businessman Jürgen Grossmann is a mover and doer who is at home on any construction site. His passion for building is contagious and charismatic. Grossmann's ideas have been realized all over the world such as Abu Dhabi, Beijing, Sofia, Strasbourg and Bagdad.
Practically no one else knows the real estate market in the southern part of Germany as well as he does. His unique abilities as a project developer have been demonstrated time and again with properties that most considered unmanageable: Kehl train station, the Illenau in Achern, the Villa Netter in Bühl, the conversion of the Lahr Barracks, or the Rittersbach Castle.
The architect Grossman sees aesthetics and economics as simply two sides of the same coin. His blueprints are striking, bold, and visionary, while demonstrating careful craft and artistry in each detail. Construction without architectural achievement is something that he simply cannot imagine.
