Strategic Management and Strategic planning ($1,200-$1,500 per hour)
We focus on the degree of potential success and/or failure. That is determined by measuring the size of the gap between turbulence, strategy and capability while managing the change process. The smaller the gap the higher the performance.
We close the gap (if any) by answering five questions:
1- Where are we now? 2- Where do we need to be? 3- How do we get there? 4- How do we manage transition, resistance and/or support to change? 5- Why not? The ultimate result is a profit optimizing model that is applied either: I. sequentially by planning then implementing, or II. concurrently by planning and implementing at the same time, or III. in some instances both. A revision mechanism is implanted in the process to assure desired results are achieved.

Strategic information ($ TO BE DETERMINED PER HOUR/PROJECT)
In a digital age of the internet of things, big data, analytics and machine learning. We develop and deploy strategic information through a processing system(s) which contains seven components namely; people, hardware, software, job, objectives, connectivity and turbulence. These seven components must match each other across the type of processing system to close any gaps. The type of processing system could be (not exhaustive) transaction processing system, management information system, executive information system, group decision support system, expert system, artificial intelligence (AI?) system or a mixture of systems depending on corporate needs. The engine for this is SDb5 and data/information is sourced through the 1st Strategic Media Exchange.

SEC Compliance ($ to be determined PER HOUR/Project)
To be compliant with US Securities and Exchange Commission we developed an "SEC compliance" model, consisting of collaborative work between three, namely:
1- Business Model: Development and/or evaluation of the business model by Strategic Posture. We apply strategic management and strategic information to the model for optimizing performance potential. 2- Audit: Sub contracted to an SEC authorized auditing firm to check financial compliance of the business model. 3- Legal: Sub contracted to an authorized legal entity to check the audited business model for compliance. The three collectively produce all the necessary requirements for compliance. They work on multiple iterations to check and balance the report's compliance. |
